- Orders are shipped via USPS
- All Products will be shipped in 3 to 4 days.
- Shipping fees are calculated be total cart weight and shipping distance
- Physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes) are required for delivery. We must have a street address.
- Any discrepancies between order and delivered products (shortages, overages or damages) should be reported to the carrier and us immediately.
- Liftgate Services are not included in our free freight program
Shipping charges within the lower 48 US states will be determined based on total cart weight and shipping distance. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US will have additional shipping charges applied. In the event of any returns, GSA Metal Polishing. An employee must be contacted to start the return process. If the return was a result of an error made by GSA Metal Polishing, we will gladly replace the item and credit any shipping charges or restock fee’s if applicable. All returns must be securely packed in original packaging, received back to us in resalable condition and returned with in 30 days of the original shipment. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and the return shipping and handling charges. No returns will be accepted in Special orders, Non-Stock items or on Clearance items
